Delta Nu Alpha members to talk millennial economy

by Truck News

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – Transportation group Delta Nu Alpha (DNA) is kicking off part one of a two-part look at the millennial market this week.

Titled “Growing your Company in the Millennial Economy,” part one will be lead by Justin Baille, CEO and founder of FR8NEX. “It’s about tapping into the millennial economy,” Baille explained. “How do you prepare your business to attract millennial employees and customers?”

Millennials will be taking over and passing the boomers in the next 10 years, explained Jennifer Pylypiw, DNA director. “All industries will undergo change as employees and customers will be younger,” she stressed. “Businesses need to prepare themselves for both sides of the buying and selling coin.”
