Kriska-Mullen deal closes

OKOTOKS, Alta. — Mullen Group and Kriska Group have officially closed the deal announced earlier this year, which will see the formation of jointly held Kriska Transportation Group.

Under terms of the deal, Mullen will receive a 30% stake in the new company. Kriska Group gets Mill Creek Motor Freight in exchange.

The new Kriska Trnasportation Group is a growth-oriented transportation and logistics company, which will continue to be headed by Mark Seymour.

Mill Creek and Kriska will continue to operate as wholly-owned subsidiaries of Kriska Transportation.
