PeopleNet and TMW Systems join forces to offer some insight

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – In an effort to deliver a broader transportation industry perspective, PeopleNet and TMW Systems will be teaming up to combine each of their annual user conferences into a single event this coming year.

“By combining our audiences, our strong programs and the extensive partner and exhibitor networks that have been features of our individual user conferences before, both TMW and PeopleNet expect to set a new transportation industry standard for comprehensive solution presentation, customer focus and technology innovation,” said David Wangler, president of TMW Systems. “Not only can our customers learn to increase the benefits realized from technology they already own, but they will also be treated to a new breadth of connected transportation industry solutions.”

The event, called IN.SIGHT, will be held in Nashville, Tenn. from Sept. 25-28, 2016, and transportation service providers and fleet operations from across North America are expected to attend.

“The goal of this joint conference is not simply to highlight technical integrations, but to build a transformative vision for connected transportation technologies that our combined approaches can offer customers,” said Brian McLaughlin, president of PeopleNet. “With PeopleNet’s strength in mobile technology solutions and TMW’s enterprise technology leadership, the IN.SIGHT conference will be able to offer attendees a unique view into the dynamic transportation business landscape that simply can’t be matched elsewhere.”

PeopleNet is a provider of fleet mobility technology, while TMW Systems offers transportation management software to the trucking industry.
