Trucks reporting to Windsor secondary must get tagged: CBP
WINDSOR, Ont. -- Effective immediately, all truck drivers who are referred to secondary inspection at the Port of Windsor will be required to attach a truck tag (provided by the officer) to the back of their vehicle prior to leaving the primary booth.
Idaho, Montana border ports next on e-manifest upstart list
WASHINGTON -- U. S. Customs and Border Protection today announced in the Federal Register that starting August 6, 2007 truck carriers entering the U.S. through all land border ports in Idaho and Montana will be required to file electronic manifests through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Truck Manifest system.
