MUSKEGON, Mich. — SAF-Holland has received a quality award from Paccar.

The supplier earned the Paccar 2014 50PPM Quality Award by meeting the OEM’s quality standards over a 12-month rolling period.

To earn the award, product defects had to be below 50 parts per million. Product innovation, production parts approval processes, delivery timeliness and the number of warranty cases were also considered.

“We continually strive and are committed to improving our quality procedures and delivery processes,” said John Wieringa, vice-president of quality and environmental systems. “To have our efforts recognized by a valued customer is a great honour and a testament to the dedication of our staff and an efficient production management system.”
