Webb Wheel launches new vocational/specialty truck business unit

TELL CITY, Ind. — Webb Wheel OEM has established a new business focusing exclusively on the needs of the specialty truck and vocational markets, the company has announced.

The new Specialty Truck Business Unit (STBU) will operate out of Webb’s existing facility in Ferdinand, Ind.

It will offer rotor, hub and drum products for vocational equipment operators and OEMs, the company announced. A dedicated sales and service team will be deployed to support the new division.

Adam Wiechmann will lead the new organization. He has been with Webb since 2008.
