A SPECIAL DELIVERY

Thomson Group this holiday season participated in a toy drive of sorts, that saw a truckload of toys delivered to children in 24 remote northern Ontario communities. Thomson donated the truck and driver, delivering donated toys to CFB Trenton, where they were then delivered by plane to their final destinations.

This year, more than 7,000 children received toys through the Toys for the North program. In total, more than $110,000 in toys, diapers and baby wipes were donated. Jim Jackman was the driver who delivered this special load, shortly before Christmas.
