HOW TO BECOME A BEST FLEET TO DRIVE FOR

If you’ve been wondering what it takes to become recognized by your drivers as one of the best fleets for whom to drive, then wonder no more. Mark Murrell and Jane Jazrawy of CarriersEdge are going to reveal all the secrets of the top-placing fleets during a seminar/webinar series.

I’ve attended at least one of these seminars every year and always learn something new. In fact, it’s worth going even if you’ve gone before, because new trends seem to emerge each year in terms of what drivers are looking for and what progressive fleets are offering.

This year will mark the first time offering the seminar online, in addition to in person. Real, live, in-the-flesh seminars will be conducted by Mark and Jane in Toronto and Moncton, but if you can’t make those dates then just dial in for any one of the webinars.

The best thing about these is that they’re free and they even include free refreshments. Well, the live ones do; you’ll have to bring your own cookies and coffee to the webinars.

Topics you can look forward to hearing about this year include: developments in compensation and benefits; how operations is improving the driver experience; the new normal in performance management; and what the Best Fleets are working on next.

To sign up for one of the Webinars or seminars, call Thomas at 905-530-2430 or e-mail info@carriersedge.com. The Webinars will run: May 26, May 28 and June 10. The Toronto seminar will be June 2 and the Moncton seminar June 4.
