Volvo names new senior v.p. of sales
GREENSBORO, N.C. — Volvo Trucks North America has named Jeff Lester its new senior vice-president of sales.
Lester will take over the new role Aug. 1 and will lead the North American regional sales organization.
“Jeff has successfully served in various management roles at Volvo and has a longstanding career in the trucking industry,” said Gӧran Nyberg, president, Volvo Trucks North America. “I’m pleased to welcome him to this new role.”
Lester has been with Volvo since 1999 and has more than 30 years of experience in the trucking industry, Volvo says.
