LANGLEY, B.C. -- A B.C. truck driver can consider parking for good after winning half of a $13.3-million Lotto 6/49 jackpot.
The Langley resident, who drives truck for the Langley School District, collected his winnings yesterday.
“I joked with my wife when I got home from checking my ticket asking her if she wanted to quit her job,” Karl Hoolsema told local media. “She laughed and asked me if I'd won the lottery. I told her we had.”
He said he plans to spend more time hunting, fishing and golfing.
