XRS, Samsung partner on new mobile device

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — XRS Corp. today announced it has partnered with Samsung Mobile to deliver a fully integrated device equipped to run XRS’s compliance software.

The new device and software package will be available later this year, and will come equipped with Samsung for Enterprise (SAFE) security features, XRS announced this morning.

“We have a responsibility to ensure all drivers and fleets are compliant, and it’s our goal to make compliance accessible, convenient and easy to use for everyone on the road,” said Jay Coughlan, chairman and chief executive officer of XRS Corporation. “Samsung Mobile and its devices are on the leading edge of this revolutionary movement, and we are proud to be working together to bring these bestinclass mobile solutions to market.”
