MARKHAM, Ont. FedEx has opened a new facility in the Toronto area. Carolyn Gruske, editor from our sister publication MM&D, spoke with FedEx Express Canada president Lisa Lisson and vice-president of operations Pina Starnino about why YKZ (it was named after nearby Toronto Buttonville Municipal Airport) was needed.
