KINGSTON, Ont. -- Tallman Truck Centre is celebrating 40 years in business this Saturday.
Employees are being treated to a party at the Rogers K-ROCK Centre in Kingston. To ensure all can attend, all the dealership’s locations will be closed Saturday, but the Mississauga location will re-open Sunday Sept. 15 at noon.
Tallman Truck Centre was founded in Kemptville, Ont. in 1973 by chairman and CEO Gerald Tallman. It’s now run by his son Kevin Tallman, who serves as president. The company has expanded to include eight full-service dealerships across Ontario, with the most recent additions being in Oshawa and Mississauga.
“Thank you to Tallman Truck Centre’s employees, customers, and suppliers for being an important part of our success,” the company said in an announcement.
