EDMONTON, AB, Jan. 30, 2013 /CNW/ - Edmonton headquartered NCSG Crane &
Heavy Haul Services ("NCSG") announced today that it has entered into a
binding agreement providing for the acquisition of Grizzly Crane Ltd
("Grizzly Crane").
Grizzly Crane was founded by Will Howe, a long time Tumbler Ridge,
British Columbia resident who started the company and built it into a
leading supplier of fully operated and maintained crane rental services
in the Tumbler Ridge and Chetwynd regions of British Columbia.

the fast growing Tumbler Ridge and Chetwynd markets" said Ted Redmond,
President and CEO of NCSG, and continued: "there are numerous mining,
wind and shale gas projects both starting-up and ongoing in this region

projects."
Will Howe will remain with the company as Branch Manager of NCSG/Grizzly
Crane for the Tumbler Ridge region. "Our local employees will continue
to provide outstanding service to our many loyal customers in the
region," said Howe. "With access to the NCSG safety and engineering
team and its fleet of over 250 cranes, 170 lines of platform trailers,
200 trailers and 65 tractors we will be able to meet all of our
customers' project, turnaround, and maintenance crane rental and heavy
haul needs."
