Kenworth 76-inch mid-roof sleeper for T680 and T880 now in production
KIRKLAND, Wash.,– Kenworth announced recently that its 76-inch mid-roof sleep for the T680 and T990 is now in production.
The company says the 76-inch mid-roof sleeper is optimized for bulk tank, flatbed and truck operators who prefers a lower roof, and light weight truck. It offers a 100-pound weight savings for payload capacity and 6.5 feet of headroom. Kenworth said the backwall can be configured with an optional upper bunk for team.
“Our new, sleeper configuration for the T680 and T880 provides customers with an excellent opportunity for enhanced fuel efficiency and driver comfort in their efforts for cost-effective operations and successful driver retention and recruitment,” said Kurt Swihart, Kenworth marketing director.
