GRANDVIEW, MO – Peterson Manufacturing has extended its LumenX LED line with a 4” round strobe light and 6” oval strobe light.

Both lights are rated for use as flashing warning devices on emergency, maintenance and service vehicles.lights

The company says the LumenX LED strobes feature the latest white-diode LEDs and optic. They also have a new lens design that illuminate the whole lens fully without “hot spots” or “dead zones.”

“We believe a brighter light is a safer light,” said Kristen Goodson, vice-president, product management. “And so do many states and municipalities now demanding Class 1 visibility for their vehicle warning lights. We’ve gone one step further for this market by designing our amber and white warning lights to be almost 75% brighter than the higher Class 1 requirement. We’re proud to be adding two more intensely bright products to our LumenX line. And we’re equally proud to make them right here in Grandview, Missouri.”

The LumenX LED strobes also feature 73 quad flashes a minute, 12-and 24- volt compatibility and AMP-compatible weatherproof receptacle for corrosion protection.
