SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. – Phillips Industries rolled out its new Air-Defense System today.

The Air-Defense System is a trailer brake in-line filtration system that comes with a Quick-Change Cartridge that traps debris before it can cause dangerous, expensive and time consuming repairs.

The system’s cartridge features a bypass mode to ensure air flow at all times, while catching debris before it can enter the trailer air lines and brake valves. When the cartridge is full, a red indicator gives notification to a technician or operator that it needs to be replaced.

The company claims replacing the cartridge “is accomplished in minutes without added downtime to the vehicle.”

Both the Air-Defense System and Quick-Change Cartridges can be purchased through authorized Phillips distributors.
