PALM BAY, Fla. — Sanitary Cold Chain is offering FDA FSMA required compliance training for all carriers in all food transportation operations.

According to Sanitary Cold Chain, it has established a flexible 3.5-hour training package to provide training certificates for all trainees because of the new FDA FSMA law. Training may be ordered as a direct online download or established on a company managed local training schedule to accommodate drivers and others with scheduling difficulties.

The training sessions are prerecorded and each course is a lecture presented as a power point lecture delivered to your site for use as required by your schedules.

The new law was published on April 6, 2016 – leaving little time left for perishable food carrier operations to develop and implement risk reducing preventive food handling, load and un-load, as well as make distribution and transportation process improvements.
