Tote refill DEF prices increase slightly in July

TORONTO, Ont. — Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) via tote refills increased in price by an average of two cents per litre in July, according to the latest figures from DEF Tracker.

In the US, meanwhile, tote refill prices fell one cent per gallon to US$1.96. The Canadian price averaged 59 cents/litre.

Truck stop DEF pricing remained stabled at US$2.79 per gallon or 80 cents per litre in Canada, DEF Tracker reported. Canada’s truck stop pricing has remained stable since October 2011.
