Translog 2014 to examine congestion issues in GTHA

BURLINGTON, Ont. – The Greater Toronto-Hamilton Area is the largest freight hub and population centre in Canada but congestion is causing movements to seize up. What are the costs of complacency in a competitive world?

Join leading transportation industry experts and policy makers at Translog 2014 as they attempt to close the gaps between research, policy and the real world to have top-notch sustainable transportation systems in the GTHA.

Translog 2014 is set to take place May 13-14 at the Ron Joyce Centre, DeGroote School of Business.

In addition to the focus on GTHA, leading representatives from the private sector, government and academia will shed light on the modern day supply chain, cross-border dynamics, the rise of electric mobility and many other issues relating to the harmonization of people and goods movement.
