Accuride obtains ISO 14001 certification

LONDON, Ont. — Accuride Corporation have announced that their London, Ont.-based facility has achieved ISO 14001 certification.

Officials from the wheel-making company say that they are pleased to meet the voluntary international standard for environmental responsibility.

“Achieving ISO 14001 registration positions Accuride as an environmental leader and demonstrates our commitment to operate our facilities in an environmentally responsible manner,” says Accuride’s director of environment, health and safety operations, Bruce Henderson.

Accuride produces both steel and forged aluminum heavy and medium wheels.
