APTA gets award for outstanding contribution from JDRF

MONCTON, N.B. — The Atlantic Provinces Trucking Association (APTA) has been awarded the Outstanding Contributor Award by the JDRF, Canada’s largest charitable supporter of Type 1 Diabetes.  
 
The APTA has donated more than $65,000 to JDRF through various fundraisers at trucking conferences and galas. In addition, many APTA members have regularly contributed to multiple JDRF events. 
 
Past chair, Jean St-Onge accepted the award on behalf of the APTA.
