BRAMPTON, Ont. — Avaal Technology Solutions was in a festive mood this Christmas season, inviting 500 guests to its 10th annual Christmas Night and donating $7,000 to SickKids Foundation.

The party was held Dec. 15 at the Chandni Banquet Hall in Brampton. Avaal itself made a $5,000 donation to SickKids Foundation while customers, family and staff chipped in another $2,000. The money will be used to support the Hospital for Sick Children and help them support child health research, learning and care.

The party also featured a drop-in from Santa Claus himself. Santa brought gifts for the children and posed for photos.

Master of Ceremonies was Dr. Ravinder Sharda and high-profile guests included MPs Harinder Takhar and Bal Gosal, MPPs Vic Dhillon and Amrit Mangat and Brampton Mayor Susan Fennell.
