Canadian Freightliner dealers among winners of Alliance Truck Parts contest

PORTLAND, Ore. — Several Canadian Freightliner dealers are among the winners of an Alliance Truck Parts contest that will send them to the season-ending Nascar Nationwide race in Homestead, Fla.

The contest rewarded the dealers that sold the most Alliance Truck Parts. Alliance sponsors the No. 12 Nationwide car driven by Sam Hornish Jr.

“Sam Hornish Jr. is having a fantastic year and continues to build on last year’s solid performance in the NASCAR Nationwide Series,” said Todd Biggs, director, aftermarket parts and service marketing for Daimler Trucks North America. “We are extremely pleased to have our award-winning dealers celebrate with Sam at the end of this incredible season.”

Canadian winners included: Currie Truck Centre, Barrie, Ont.; First Truck Centre – West, Edmonton, Alta.; Harper Truck Centres, Woodbridge, Ont.; Metro Freightliner Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ont.; and Team Truck Centres, Windsor, Ont.
