CPR makes changes at the top

CALGARY, Alta. — Executive vice-president of commercial with Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR), Hugh MacDiarmid, will be pursuing another career as of the end of June.

“Hugh made the decision to leave prior to CPR completing the spin-out program from Canadian Pacific Limited,” says Robert Ritchie, president and chief executive officer of CPR.

Also announced was that Ed Dodge, the current executive vice-president of operations, has been made executive vice-president and chief operating officer, effective immediately.
