PORTLAND, Ore. – Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) has launched a new online tool, Pinnacle Truck Parts, that delivers uptime by simplifying the ordering process.
This new solution allows customers to see a part’s availability and pricing at their local DTNA’s outlet and distribution centres. After they make a purchase, customers can print an invoice right from their home or office.

Pinnacle Truck Parts was designed to do just that by providing customers with a fast, reliable and simple solution for ordering parts,” said Pam Perez, e-commerce project manager at DTNA. “This platform is the first in the industry to provide this depth of functionality. By utilizing the state-of-the-art cross-reference parts database on PinnacleTruckParts.com, customers will save time and money throughout the parts procurement process.”
The roll-out of this new platform began in June and is supposed to be completed by the end of February 2015.
