Fastfrate names new president and CEO

WOODBRIDGE, Ont. – Ron Tepper, executive chairman of Consolidated Fastfrate, announced this week that Larry Rodo has been named president and CEO of Consolidated Fastfrate and its subsidiaries effective June 15, 2015.

Most recently, Rodo was the president of Day & Ross Freight North America. He is a graduate from the University of Toronto,and he has earned his P.Log, CCLP and CMILT designations.

“We are fortunate to have an executive of Larry’s caliber join our organization,” said Tepper. “He brings the management capabilities and experience to Fastfrate which will play an integral role in our future success as we navigate today’s competitive environment and continue to grow our business. I very much look forward to working alongside Larry in my role as Executive Chairman.”

  • Fastfrate could have been a major player in the Transportation market. Instead, they decided to run there trucks into the ground, replace good Union drivers with O/O’s with shoddy equipment and as a result I don’t see this company prospering any time soon. I would venture to say that they will not exist more than 4 years from now.
