TORONTO, Ont.–For those interested in adding CITT-Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP) to your credentials, CITT wishes to remind industry that August 31 is the deadline to register for a specialized logistics course, beginning September 2 with CITT.

The fall semester is the final opportunity for professionals to take a course this year with CITT, as the winter semester begins in early 2016, said a release.

“This past summer semester was the biggest in CITT’s history” reported Catherine Viglas, CITT president. “Some professionals may have missed their chance to take a course towards earning their CCLP designation, so we felt it important to announce the closing of our registration period while there are still a few days to secure a spot.”

CITT also recently announced that last year, 50% more professionals were granted their CCLP designation than in any other year. As growth of interest in holding the CCLP designation accelerates, so does demand for the limited spaces in CITT courses.

“We’ve also gotten very positive feedback about our move to make our course site fully mobile-optimized – meaning students can learn seamlessly from their computer, smartphone or almost any other device connected to the internet” Viglas said. “It’s shaping up to be an exciting fall at CITT”.
