TORONTO, On. — Trucking industry professionals providing services such as accounting, real estate, M&A, consulting, legal and paralegal, now have a dynamic new place to market their services to more than 20,000 for-hire and private trucking industry managers and executives.

Transportation Media has launched Professional Connection, a new advertising section in its Motortruck Fleet Executive publication, catering specifically to the marketing needs of such professional service providers. The full-color section will run in every issue of Fleet Executive in 2014.

Ad size is 3.5” x 3” and there is a restriction of 6 ads per page to ensure each ad gets the notice from prospective clients it deserves.  Cost is just $495/month and Transportation Media’s ad design experts are available to help with ad design if needed.

To provide further value, all ads will also be posted online free of charge on the industry’s most visited website, www.trucknews.com under the Professional Connection banner. The website receives more than 40,000 visitors each and every month.

“The trucking industry is heavily reliant on the professional services provided by accountants, lawyers, M&A specialists, real estate professionals and consultants to name a few. We wanted to create one consistent and readily recognizable location where such professionals could market their services and  the industry people needing such services could easily find the information and make the Professional Connection,” said Transportation Media associate publisher Kathy Penner.

Publisher and editorial director Lou Smyrlis pointed out that Fleet Executive has the largest audited circulation of small trucking fleets in Canada and such fleets are the heaviest users of such services.

“This is a very visible and cost effective way for providers of professional services to market their capabilities to their target audience,” Smyrlis said.
