MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – FLO Components announced the schedule for its upcoming 2014-2015 Lube Basics seminars.

The seminars will be held in cities across Ontario with the hopes of helping people avoid common lubrication failures by making them lubrication specialists. The seminar will cover things like the basic principles of friction/wear and tear, grease properties and manual lubrication.

“Each 1-day seminar will have a balance of theory and practical – 50% of the time will be your traditional in-class training, 50% will be more ‘hands on’ training,” said Gabriel Lopez, FLO’s marketing specialist. “These seminars are designed and presented as an unbiased, 3rd party, vendor neutral lubrication training program – we don’t bring people there to sell them on our products, we teach them what they need to know about dealing with everyday lubrication issues, so when they apply what they learn, their payoff is immediate and permanent.”

The dates and locations of the seminars are as follows:

Sudbury – September 24, 2014 – Holiday Inn Sudbury (D1696 Regent St)

Thunder Bay – November 20, 2014 – TownePlace Suites by Marriott (550 Harbour Expressway)

Mississauga – December 4, 2014 – FLO Components office (50 Admiral Blvd)

Kitchener – February 11, 2015: – Location TBD
