BALTIMORE, Md. — Mack Trucks is opening a new, 314,025-sq.-ft. parts-distribution center in Elkridge, Md.

The facility will feature a 32 ft.-clearance height; flow-through docking capability; tilt-up construction; and trailer parking. It also has 60 ft. staying bays with a minimum 130-ft. truck court.

Mack estimates roughly 45,000 parts a day will be shipped from that location.

The building is located at I-95 and Rt. 100. It is leased from ProLogis, a distribution services and facilities company, for 15 years.
