Mitsubishi unveils new product support system

LOGAN TOWNSHIP, N.J. – Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America (MFTA) announced the creation of its new product support system – FusoFirst – today.

According to the company, the system is aimed at providing full-service customer support for owners and operators of Mitsubishi Fuso medium-duty trucks. The program includes 24/7 Roadside Assistance, access to its Web site and mobile app and availability to nation-wide Fuso Service and Parts dealerships. The app has a dealer locator and the roadside assistance includes 24/7 towing, tire service and lockout service.

Mitsubishi says that each current FUSO truck owner will receive a special FusoFirst kickoff kit that provides detailed information about the program.The company will be mailing these kits to current owners with trucks still under warranty. New truck owners will receive the special welcome kit at the time of delivery.

“We recognize that driver education and continually improving customer service are keys to a strong future,” said Jecka Glasman, MFTA’s president and CEO. “Our new FusoFirst program is designed to signal our commitment to our customers in a tangible way.”
