New sales head at Decisiv

GLEN ALLEN, Va. – Decisiv Inc. has added a trucking and logistics industry veteran to its senior management team.

The service relationship management solutions provider named Vince Polentes as its vice-president of North American sales. In his new role, he will be responsible for growing the company’s list of fleet clients as well as expanding its network of managed maintenance providers, commercial vehicle manufacturers and service provider networks.

“Vince Polentes has a proven track record of opening new markets for technology and delivering a strong value proposition and ROI for customers,” said Dick Hyatt, president and CEO of Decisiv. “He has been adding value through his unique understanding of operational processes and how technology is applied to streamline them.”

Polentes has served as a district terminal manager for Carolina Freight Carriers and as vice-president of North American sales at Roadshow International. He headed sales at Oil Purification Systems Inc. and also co-founded Zonepay, a commerce company offering streamlined order-to-cash processes.
