OTA shows four-wheelers a thing or two

TORONTO, Ont. — The Ontario Trucking Association (OTA) is doing want it can to take the sharing the road message to the public as part of National Trucking Week.

The fleet group announced today it will distribute free videos called Sharing the Road with Trucks, to the first 1,000 people who call and request a copy.

This video giveaway program coincides with National Trucking Week, which takes place from coast-to-coast from Aug. 26 to Sept. 1. The event is held to spotlight the important contributions made by the 400,000 Canadian men and women who keep the country’s freight moving. The event is also an opportunity to promote road safety and road sharing techniques.

The video was produced with various supporters, including Canadian Trucking Alliance, OTA, International, Canadian Tire, Valvoline, Eagle One, Honda, Goodyear, Manac and Bell Mobility.
