LIBERTY, Sask. — Hwy. 2 near Liberty will be receiving attention soon as resurfacing begins on an 8.2-kilometre stretch.

“It’s important to keep our rural highways in good condition. By repairing several sections, we will be able to effectively fix those highways most in need,” says Highways and Transportation Minister, Pat Atkinson.

The work will take place on Hwy. 2 between Liberty and the junction with Hwy. 15. The $750,000 project will require the help of 15 workers.
