TCT LOGISTICS TO DELIVER THE MILK

CALGARY, Alta. — TCT Logistics has secured a five-year agreement to provide warehousing and distribution services for Parmalat Canada’s Southern
Ontario fluid milk operations.

Calgary, Alta.-based TCT Logistics will operate a 56,000-sq. ft. facility on Edwards Drive in Mississauga, Ont. to meet the obligations of the agreement.

The operation utilizes a state-of-the-art Dairy Management Information System, to increase efficiency and improve service to customers.

“Our new partnership with TCT Logistics is consistent with Parmalat’s strategy to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We believe our customers will truly benefit from TCT’s cold chain expertise through better order fill rates and direct-to-store delivery performance in the Ontario market,” says Brad Sinclair, vice president, supply chain for Parmalat Canada.
