TCT shakes up board of governors, front office

CALGARY, Alta. — TCT Logistics has shaken up its front office by making numerous board and management appointments.

The transportation and logistics company named Rai Sahi of Tri-White Corporation the new chairman of the board at the company’s annual meeting.

Other board members named at the meeting include: Mark MacDonald of Merchant Banking Group; Jeffrey McCaig of Trimac Corporation; Lorne Jacobson, president of TriWest Capital Partners; Brenton Peny of Felesky Flynn; independent businessman Clifford Lucas; and Kenneth Lucas, president and chief executive officer of TCT Logistics.

The board also announced several key additions to their management team, including: Ernest Kruschel, their new senior vice president, operations and chief operating officer; David Elder, senior vice president, corporate development and corporate secretary; Thomas Cuthberston, vice president of finance and chief financial officer; Gordon Crowther, vice president of warehousing and logistics; and Kenneth Lockett, vice president LTL operations.
