Tenders called for Nova Scotia highway projects

HALIFAX, N.S. — A busy road repair season is in store for Nova Scotia highways, and tenders are being called for projects in eight counties.

Repairs to Hwy. 104 and Hwy. 101 in Annapolis and Cumberland Counties are two projects that are tender-ready, with the tender set to close May 24.

In Colchester County, bridgework will be made on the Stewiacke River Bridge.

Bridgework and road repairs will also be conducted throughout Halifax, Hants, Kings, Queens and Lunenburg Counties, with most projects slated to begin later this spring.
