Trailer Wizards buys GTA Trailer Rentals and Markham Equipment Sales

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – Trailer Wizards announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire both GTA Trailer Rentals Inc. and Markham Equipment Sales Ltd.

The agreements outline that Trailer Wizards will acquire the assets of both companies including the three Ontario locations – Gormley, Milton and Cambridge. Trailer Wizards says the new locations will complement its existing network.

“Both companies are well-known and respected family-owned trailer solutions providers in the market, recognized for their customer relationships and professionalism,” said Anne McKee, executive vice-president, Trailer Wizards. “These acquisitions will bring together the strengths of both operations, which include highly expert employees, enhancing the resources available to serve our customers throughout Ontario.”

Mike Ciciretto and Jason Ciciretto of GTA Trailer Rentals will be in leadership roles within the Ontario region as part of the Trailer Wizards team. Mike Ciciretto has accepted the position of vice-president for the Ontario region and Jason Ciciretto will be director of sales.

The acquisitions are expected to finalize June 1, 2015.
