MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Train Trailer Rentals Limited announced today that it has finalized the purchase of Load King Trailer Rentals.

Owned by industry pioneer Joe Daviau, Load King was founded in 1991 and has been a key player in GTA rental market for many years.

“Our first priority is to ensure that our clients continue to receive the same excellent service they have grown accustomed to over the years,” said Daviau. “I am excited to work with Mr. Kloepfer and the experienced team of professionals at Train Trailer, and I look forward to advancing the company together.”

Daviau has been in the transportation and trailer business for more than 50 years and will continue to be an integral part of the Load King organization.

Rick Kloepfer, president of Train Trailer also commented saying: “This acquisition is a step in our overall expansion plan. The Load King team shares our business culture and values of putting the customer first and we welcome them to the Train/TIP family. The Vaughan branch will continue to operate under the Load King brand which specializes in Load and Store. This amalgamation will allow Load King to offer the same broad range of products and services that Train currently offers to its customers.”
