WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Trucking Moves America Forward movement announced today that it is launching two new campaigns.

The first is called the “High-5” campaign which will be organized at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas on August 20. The campaign will encourage every attendee to donate $5 to movement.

The second part of the campaign called “Show Your Pride” and it urges those in the industry to sign a pledge at the TMAF booth (#8042) to showcase their dedication to trucking.

These two campaigns are being launched in hopes that TMAF will hit it’s goal of raising $1 million by the end of the year.

“We are 70% of the way to our goal of raising $1 million since our launch six months ago,” said Mike Card, fundraising chairman, Trucking Moves America Forward and president of Combined Transport. “These incredible results are a testament to the passion within trucking and we believe the ‘High-5 and Show Your Pride’ campaign will continue to energize, excite and inspire our industry at GATS and beyond. TMAF is a long-term movement and we aim to continue fundraising well past our goal.”
