VANCOUVER, B.C. — The B.C. Transportation Financing Authority is reminding carriers that trucks with a gross vehicle weight of more than 13,000 kilograms are not allowed on the Lions Gate Bridge.

Government officials say that trucks exceeding the load limit could cause damage to the equipment in place to overhaul the bridge and could cause traffic disruption.

More information about the restriction is available by calling Dave Chang at Lions Gate Project at 604-660-1240.
