Noregon releases new fault monitoring system TripVision

by Truck West

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Noregon Systems officially launched its new vehicle health monitoring program, TripVision, during the American Trucking Association’s Management Conference and Exhibition Oct. 1.

The system is being touted as a fault information system for all makes, models and components that can help fleets best determine and address vehicle health.

TripVision provides fault history, severity, component, a summary and detailed description of the fault and the vehicle’s details, which can help determine the severity of the problem.

Faults are analyzed from a health standpoint to figure out whether the vehicle could continue operating, and from a safety standpoint.

The system allows businesses to set up sub-businesses to better manage multiple fleets.

There is also an alert setting with TripVision, which notifies customers via email or text message when a problem arises.

Noregon said it has over 2.5 millions log files dating back as early as 2000, which enables the company to best determine fault relationships and how to best approach each issue.
