She played an integral part in the vision behind the DriveWise enterprise. Together with their business partners\, they effectively train 30\,000 Canadians annually on DriveWise education programs. DriveWise has won numerous distinguished awards including the Canadian Award for Training Excellence in Innovation (JOLT). \nLesley has adopted the sophisticated techniques and strategies of simulation-based learning\, utilized in this type of training to apply to commercial vehicle operator instruction.
