ROLLING LESSON: Jackson Transportations Systems, in an effort to educate drivers about the blind spots around large commercial vehicles, is adding a "No-Zone" safety message to five more trailers. JTS introduced the first Ontario-based semi-trailer with the safety message in September 1999, and has expanded the program after receiving positive public response. The "No-Zone" campaign, which is widely used across North America, was created by the U.S. Federal Highway Administration to educate motorists about how to safely share the road with trucks and buses.
