Bison campaign aims to get drivers on two wheels

WINNIPEG, Man. – Want to win a Dahon folding bicycle?

Bison Transport is giving you the chance through its social media contest, which aims to promote biking while on the road and help drivers stay active.

“Professional truck drivers, as many professionals, are required to sit for extended periods. Add to that, long days and limited healthy meal options on the road, can make it difficult to eat well and get exercise on the road,” said Lionel Johnson, corporate marketing manager for Bison. “Any time that we can make health and wellness easy and accessible, it is a big win for our drivers. We are excited to partner with Live to Play Sports, distributor of Dahon folding bikes, for the summer of 2016. We will be road testing a couple bikes and conducting reviews of them, and we even have a contest to win one!”

  • To do cycling part of staying healthy is a good idea, with the E-log it does make it more possible to exercise and with more parking spots it would be excellent.
    Good idea.
