Navistar to integrate Platform Science’s Virtual Vehicle telematics platform

Navistar has announced it is integrating Platform Science’s Virtual Vehicle telematics platform, allowing fleets to access telematics, software, real-time vehicle data, and third-party applications directly from their vehicles.

Deployments will begin in 2023. Virtual Vehicle allows fleets to access software and apps without requiring additional hardware.

For Navistar, the addition of Virtual Vehicle allows it to expand its connected services platform OnCommand Connection, offering more digital options.
