Gallagher appointed president at Jake

BLOOMFIELD, CN - Dennis Gallagher is the new president at manufacturer Jacobs Vehicle Systems (JVS). Gallagher will direct all facets of JVS's global operations while meeting JVS's short- and long-term strategic initiatives. Bradley to join Titanium Board

BOLTON, ON - Titanium Transportation Group has appointed David Bradley to its board as an independent director. Bradley, outgoing president and CEO of the Ontario Trucking Association and the Canadian Trucking Alliance, will assume the new role on Jan. 1, where he will be joining the company's audit committee. A significant presence in the trucking industry for more than three decades, Bradley was responsible for leading key initiatives including the introduction of mandatory speed limiter activation, a universal electronic logging device (ELD) mandate, and mandatory entry level training (MELT) for truck drivers.

Celadon continues to refinance, replace personnel

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Embattled Celadon Group is adding more changes in its efforts to refocus amid an investigation by the Secuurities and Exchange Commission in the United States. The group made tow announcements last week including the appointment of Vincent Donargo as the new vice president and Chief Accounting Officer, effective Nov. 30. Celadon said Donargo brings with him over 30 years of accounting and financial leadership experience, including serving as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Beaulieu Group, a North American carpet and flooring manufacturing company, before taking on his new position.

Atlas Van Lines names new president

EVANSVILLE, IN - Atlas Van Lines announced a new president and chief operating officer (COO). The division of Atlas World Group named Joe Stackhouse to the role Tuesday. Stackhouse comes to Atlas with a 30-year background in the telecommunications industry, including senior leadership positions with AT&T, Comcast Corporation, and Charter Communications. He most recently served as the president and COO of American Utility Management in Chicago.
