Trailer Wizards named Trucks For Change’s first ever ‘Overdrive Partner’

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – Trailer Wizards has set the bar higher for trucking companies across Canada by becoming Trucks For Change’s first ever ‘Overdrive Partner.’

Being an ‘Overdrive Partner’ means Trailer Wizards has reached the highest level of sponsorship for the non-profit organization. The Overdrive Partnership recognizes sponsors whose annual financial and in-kind sponsorships are valued at $10,000 or greater.

“We’ve enjoyed an amazing four year partnership with our friends at Trailer Wizards,” said Pete Dalmazzi, Trucks For Change Network president and founder. “This new level of support will allow us to further expand our carrier network and our support of communities across Canada.”

Trucks For Change Network coordinates donated and discounted transport services through its network of member carriers, matching charity freight requests with available truck capacity. Since 2011, its member carriers have distributed more than 12 million pounds of donated food and materials in support of charities across Canada, including Food Banks Canada, Habitat For Humanity Canada, Canadian Red Cross, and many others.

“Partnering with T4C is a natural for us,” added Doug Vanderspek, Trailer Wizards president. “It allows us to directly support many of our best trucking customers across the country who are making a positive difference in the communities we all serve.”
