GCR Tires & Service names new vice-president of sales
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Bridgestone Americas revealed today that Brian Cunningham has been named its new vice-president of sales for GCR Tires & Service (GCR), a division of Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations (BATO).
In his new position, Cunningham will lead the sales program across the GCR organization. He replaces Doyle Bradford, who was promoted to executive director, service offerings for GCR Tires & Service.
Cunningham joined the Bridgestone team in 1997 as part of the Bandag retread organization. Since then, he has served in a variety of sales and strategic roles for Bandag and the Bridgestone truck and bus division, including area sales and strategic account representative, regional sales manager, national sales & operations manager, Canada, director, strategic distribution and director– sales distribution.
“Brian’s extensive sales background and his strong drive to achieve both results and business growth will be implemented across our sales structure,” said John Vasuta, president, GCR Tires & Service, Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations. “We are excited to bring Brian’s customer knowledge, vast industry expertise and account development experience to the GCR organization.”
